Shipping Time
All orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday – Friday, pending there are no backorders or delays. If you choose express shipping, remember, the estimated time it takes to get to you starts after the product is shipped. East Coast - 5-10 business days after shipping. West Coast - 6-10 business days after shipping
*EsseHerbal Tea and Vita-Mn Plus ship times can vary depending on weather due to the fact they can potentially freeze.

Order Tracking
We will update your order with the tracking information right when it is shipped. If for some reason you don't receive the order, please contact us within 7 business days so we can find out what happened to it. After that time period we are no longer responsible for the order and will be unable to process a refund if you didn't receive it.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. You will be shown your final shipping total to verify before checkout.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping for orders over $150. This is based on the order total, minus any discounts. This offer is only valid for orders shipped within the United States.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will hold your order and won't ship until all the items are in stock.
