Payment and Returns Policy


Any merchandise received damaged must be reported to Iron Faith Nutrition within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipper for inspection of the box and contents. Iron Faith Nutrition accepts payments by any of the following methods:

  • Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit and Debit Cards

We DO NOT accept payment by cash. 


Please note that this Return Policy only applies to products purchased from and not from our distributors, nor other websites or retail stores.  Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase if not purchased from

Products cannot be returned because you do not like a particular flavor.

New, unopened items that were purchased through can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order.  Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. 

In the event that we send you an item other than the one you ordered, do not open the product or you will void your right to return it to us.

Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.


  • If a refund is granted, you will be credited the amount.
  • No Unauthorized Returns. Orders sent back without return Authorization Number clearly marked on the box will be refused.
  • No Returns After 30 Days from date of delivery.
  • No Shipping charges will be refunded.
  • No Returns on Opened Merchandise. Unless product otherwise states and only with a return authorization number.
